This meeting is intended to cover radiative and non-radiative decay processes following core excitation of atoms and molecules, both isolated and condensed or adsorbed on surfaces. The main topics will be resonant X-ray emission, resonant Auger decay, RIXS (Resonant Inelastic X-Ray Scattering), RAR (Resonant Auger Raman), photostimulated desorption, photofragmentation and related subjects. The attendance will be limited to 70 people. Only invited talks (possibly by young scientists) and contributed posters will be presented. Extended discussion will be encouraged after the talks and at the poster sessions.
